Supporting Employers Throughout the Recruitment Journey

As an authorized recruitment partner, Signature Overseas manages key recruitment and deployment activities in Bangladesh on behalf of international employers. Our role is to ensure that the recruitment process is organized, efficient, and properly coordinated from candidate sourcing through deployment.

Candidate Recruitment & Selection

• Advertise job opportunities through newspapers and appropriate recruitment channels to attract suitable applicants.
• Arrange interviews according to employer requirements.
• Screen and select suitable candidates.
• Arrange trade tests for selected candidates where required.

Government & Immigration Support

• Coordinate necessary government approvals for recruitment.
• Support recruitment clearance and immigration formalities.
• Arrange required medical check-ups.
• Coordinate necessary documentation for visa and NOC processing.

Documentation & Embassy Processing

We collect and coordinate relevant candidate documents, including:

• Candidate biodata
• Passport
• Medical reports
• Police clearance certificates
• No Objection Certificates (NOC)
• Government clearance documents
• Other required recruitment documentation

Where necessary, these documents are presented to the relevant embassies and missions for visa and NOC processing.

Air Travel & Deployment Coordination

Signature Overseas supports air passage booking, issuance, confirmation, and reconfirmation for selected workers.

After completion of the required recruitment and deployment formalities, we provide advance communication to employers to facilitate the smooth reception of workers at the destination airport.

Employer Delegation Support

When required, Signature Overseas can also arrange accommodation, transportation, and other necessary facilities for employer delegations visiting Bangladesh for recruitment and selection activities.
