A Structured Process for Smooth & Professional Manpower Deployment
At Signature Overseas, we follow a systematic recruitment procedure designed to coordinate employer requirements, candidate selection, government formalities, and pre-departure preparation efficiently.
01 — Issuance of Demand Letter
The foreign employer submits a Demand Letter to Signature Overseas outlining the required number and categories of workers, job positions, employment terms, conditions, and benefits offered to the workers.
02 — Visa Advice / NOC / Work Permit
The employer provides the necessary authorization documents issued by the relevant authority in the destination country, such as Visa Advice, NOC, or Work Permit, permitting the recruitment of Bangladeshi workers.
03 — Power of Attorney
Where visa stamping or related recruitment procedures are required in Bangladesh, the employer may authorize Signature Overseas through a Power of Attorney. The required Power of Attorney and Demand Letter are processed with the appropriate attestation from the relevant embassy, mission, or authorized authority.
04 — Employment Agreement / Contract
The employer provides the required Employment Agreement or Contract together with the Demand Letter, Visa/NOC/Work Permit, and Power of Attorney. Employment terms and conditions must comply with applicable recruitment requirements and regulations in Bangladesh.
05 — Immigration Formalities
Signature Overseas coordinates the necessary recruitment permission and immigration clearance through the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) and the relevant government authorities before workers are deployed.
06 — Pre-Departure Orientation
Before departure, Signature Overseas provides workers with essential pre-departure orientation and briefing. Workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities, as well as important aspects of the destination country, including cultural values, language, weather, and working environment.
The employer may also participate in the orientation session to help ensure that workers are properly prepared before deployment.
