Signature Overseas is a well know manpower agency and is following some recruitment procedures as shown below:

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Establish relationships with employers and understand their specific manpower requirements.
  • Sign contracts or agreements with clients to formalize the partnership.
  1. Job Analysis and Planning:
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the job requirements provided by the client.
  • Determine the desired skills, qualifications, and experience for the position.
  • Develop a comprehensive job description and specification document.
  1. Candidate Sourcing:
  • Advertise the job vacancy through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and local networks.
  • Utilize the agency's candidate database and network to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct targeted searches and actively seek referrals from trusted sources.
  1. Screening and Shortlisting:
  • Review the received applications and resumes.
  • Conduct initial screening based on the job requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews, either in person or remotely, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the job.
  • Verify educational and professional qualifications through relevant documents and references.
  • Conduct background checks, including employment history and criminal record checks if required.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Assist selected candidates in preparing necessary documents for visa applications, work permits, and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of both Bangladesh and the destination country.
  • Provide guidance and support in obtaining medical clearances and completing required assessments.
  1. Interview and Selection by Employer:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and shortlisted candidates.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback between the employer and candidates.
  • Support the negotiation of employment terms and conditions between the parties.
  1. Pre-departure Orientation:
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-departure orientation programs for selected candidates.
  • Provide information about the destination country, cultural norms, employment terms, and candidate's rights and responsibilities.
  • Address any queries or concerns raised by the candidates regarding their overseas employment.
  1. Contract Signing and Deployment:
  • Assist in the preparation and signing of employment contracts between the employer and selected candidates.
  • Arrange necessary logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodation for candidates, if required.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates until their departure.
  1. Post-Deployment Support:
  • Establish regular communication with candidates during their overseas employment to address any issues or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between the employer and the candidate, ensuring a smooth working relationship.
  • Address any grievances or conflicts that may arise during the employment period.
  • Provide guidance on career development opportunities and potential pathways for growth.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment procedure and make necessary improvements.
  • Seek feedback from clients and candidates to enhance the quality of service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Signature Overseas will function as authorized agents and will carry out the following activities in Bangladesh on behalf of the esteemed employers:

 

  • Advertise in the newspapers to obtain response of the job seekers
  • Arrangements for interviews
  • Selection of proper candidates
  • Trade Test of Selected Candidates
  • Government approval for recruitment, clearance and immigration
  • Medical Check-up
  • Air passage booking, issuing, Confirmation and reconfirmation services.
  • After completion of above functions, Signature Overseas Dispatches telex/fax to the employers in advance as to enable them to receive the personnel at the Airport.

 

Signature Overseas Will procure all relevant documents i.e. Bio-Data's, Passports, Medical reports, police clearance certificates, No. objection certificates, government clearance etc. and present them at the embassies and missions to obtain necessary visas/ NOC etc.

 

In additions to carry out all other functions as and when necessary, to protect the interest of the employees, we will also arrange 1st class accommodation, transportation and other facilities to the employer’s delegation in Bangladesh.
